Qpix Control2 M/R is QATM's Qpix Control2 software adapted for manual, semi-automatic and Rockwell Qness hardness testers. Control2 M brings full template and batch management to manually operated and semi-automatic machines via an external PC, and Control2 R adds the same structured workflow to Rockwell testing. It is the same seamless platform used on automated Qness testers, so a lab with a mixed fleet runs one consistent software. Additive Plus configures it to your machines and standards.
Which testers does it run on?
Qpix Control2 M/R runs across the QATM Qness range — from a Q10 A+ micro tester to a Q250 C macro frame — including manual and semi-automatic machines. Because it is the same environment as full Qpix Control2, adding another Qness device does not require retraining operators on new software.
