The portable dust collector vacuum EV AP 560 has been designed to directly integrate onto production lines and to collect light chips and fine suspended dust at source. Ideal and safe for the recovery of very thin chips (as those generated during the processing of aluminium and PVC). It guarantees top recovery efficiency. An antistatic polyester filter and a 26 gal. (100 L) collection capacity make this dust collector the must-have to guarantee the top efficiency of continuous production lines or to remove large quantities of light chips while working. The machine can be either supplied with a suction arm installed or be directly installed on production lines. CHIPS COLLECTOR IDEAL FOR ALUMINIUM OR PVC MITER SAWS The recovery of aluminium or PVC dust particles on single or double-head miter saws, as well as on CNC machines, is one of the typical applications of this industrial chips collector. Thanks to the EV AP 560, it will be possible to recover almost all the waste and chips from the source, and to significantly cut machine maintenance and workplace cleaning time. SUCTION UNIT

The suction unit is made of an electric fan which guarantees high air flow rates.

FILTER UNIT

The large surface star filter, located inside the filter steel chamber, is made of polyester and provides high resistance against clogging and passage of fine dust.
It is possible to clean the filter using an integrated mechanical system. An external lever shakes the filter vertically and enables cleaning the filter thoroughly and safely, maintaining constant suction performance and preventing any dispersion of dust in the environment.

COLLECTION UNIT

The roll-ou steel collection tank has a quick release system for the rapid disposal of the vacuumed material.
